What does this service cost?
Our dial-up service is provided at no charge, but you will be billed by your phone service provider at the rate charged for 0845 numbers (usually a local rate call at 1p per minute). You are responsible for these bills and we will not ask you for any payment or additional charges no matter how much you use our service.
Can I use another ISP at the same time?
Yes, you can freely switch between BusinessDialup and broadband or even other dial-up providers if you wish.
Can I keep my current email address?
Yes. We place no restrictions on incoming or outgoing mail. However, some internet providers may require you to use their internet access in order to access mail from their service.
Where can I use this service?
You can use our dial-up from any phone line in the UK. There's no restriction on where you connect.
Is any special equipment required for use?
No. In addition to your PC or laptop, all you need is a standard 56K or ISDN modem and a working phone line.
When can I use BusinessDialup?
Internet access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, but you only pay for the time that you use.
Can I use ISDN with this service?
Yes, this service is fully compatible with ISDN.
