Q) What does this service cost?
A) This service has no subscription charges and thus all it costs are the phone charges raised by your phone provider.  The costs for a 0845 number from BT are as follows*:
1p per minute off peak (Mon-Fri 6pm-6am)
1p per minute weekends (Fri 6pm - Mon 6am)
3.95p per minute peak (Mon-Fri 6am-6pm)

Q) What is meant by peak and off-peak?
A) BT defines calling times as follows:

Peak Mon-Fri 6am-6pm
Off Peak Mon-Fri 6pm-6am
Weekend Fri 6pm - Mon 6am

Q) Are there any hidden charges?
A) There are no hidden charges with our service.  All you pay are the call costs which are paid to your phone provider.

Q) Can I use more than one ISP?
A) Yes, many users use multiple providers.

Q) Can I keep my current email address?

A) The service can be accessed from any telephone line in the United Kingdom.

Q) Is any special equipment required to use this service?
A) No. A standard modem is all that is required which most users will already have within their laptop or desktop PC.

Q) When is the service available?
A) The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Our service is always available.

Q) Can I use ISDN with this service?
A) Yes, this service is fully compatible with ISDN.
