A) This service has no subscription charges and thus all it
costs are the phone charges raised by your phone provider. The
costs for a 0845 number from BT are as follows*:
1p per minute off peak (Mon-Fri 6pm-6am)
1p per minute weekends (Fri 6pm - Mon 6am)
3.95p per minute peak (Mon-Fri 6am-6pm)
Q) What is meant by peak and
off-peak?
A) BT defines calling times as follows:
Peak Mon-Fri 6am-6pm
Off Peak Mon-Fri 6pm-6am
Weekend Fri 6pm - Mon 6am
Q) Are there any hidden
charges?
A) There are no hidden charges with our service. All you pay
are the call costs which are paid to your phone provider.
Q) Can I use more than one ISP?
A) Yes, many users use multiple providers.
Q) Can I keep my current email
address?
A) Yes. We place no restrictions on incoming or outgoing mail.
However, some internet providers may require you to use their
internet access in order to access mail from their service. You
